2023年我們跟著靈鷲山，時時以佛法聞思修，精進自我修行，以六項生活原則「一心、二愛、三好、四給、五德、六度」在日常生活中常常調伏自己，觀照自心。元旦假期即將來臨，正是我們當勤精進善護自心的好時機，2024年1月1日，讓我們用聲聲佛號喚醒一年初始的陽光，用「身體」力行，懺悔過去，朝向光明與希望！
